What is the Channel Cuddle Blanket made from?

It's made from 100% polyester faux fur, chosen for a pile that stays soft and is less likely to fade over time, certified to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX, with no animal fur or wool.

What sizes does it come in?

It's available in two sizes: Medium at 50" x 60" (127 cm x 152.4 cm) and Large at 60" x 80" (152.4 cm x 203.2 cm). Medium is the classic throw size for one person on a couch or chair; Large is the oversized throw that covers two people on a sofa or lays across a queen or king bed as a decorative layer.

How do I wash this blanket without ruining it?

Machine wash cold, alone, with a liquid or powder detergent, then hang it to dry or use an air dry setting with no heat. Skip detergent pods, fabric softener, and bleach, and never iron it; dry cleaning is not recommended either. Follow those care instructions and the pile keeps its softness and its bubble texture.

Does the Channel Cuddle Blanket shed?

You may notice a few loose surface fibers in the first week or two of use, which is normal for a new plush pile and settles on its own. It is not a continuously shedding blanket. Washing it cold and alone, then hang-drying with no heat, keeps the fibers intact so the bubble texture stays full.

How warm is the Channel Cuddle Blanket? Can I use it year-round?

It is definitely a warm and cozy blanket. The extended plush pile traps warmth for chilly evenings on the couch, while the mid-weight construction keeps it from feeling heavy or stifling, so it works as a lounge layer through most of the year. If you run warm and want a cooling option, our Bamboo Blanket is the better match.
